Introducing the JustHealth App: Empowering Equitable Healthcare Access

July 16, 2023

We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the JustHealth app, a revolutionary platform designed to empower patients and enhance equitable healthcare access. As part of our commitment to promote inclusive and informed decision-making, we are introducing a pilot program in July 2023, offering healthcare institutions the opportunity to be part of this groundbreaking initiative.

Our vision is to provide patients with a comprehensive resource that highlights healthcare institutions utilizing race-adjusted algorithms to ensure equitable care. With the JustHealth app, users can easily search for their desired health systems or utilize the convenient filter option to find institutions aligned with their needs.

To ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of the app, starting from August 1st, 2023, we will be introducing an annual fee for healthcare institutions to maintain their listings on the platform. This fee will contribute to the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of the JustHealth app, allowing us to expand our reach and impact.

As part of our introductory offer, the first 100 healthcare institutions signing up before July 31st, 2023, will receive a complimentary one-year subscription, providing them with full access to the JustHealth app at no cost. This exclusive opportunity aims to incentivize early adoption and foster a collaborative environment for institutions committed to equitable healthcare practices.

Following the pilot phase, we anticipate the annual subscription fees for healthcare institutions to fall within a reasonable range of $1,999 to $2,499. This pricing structure reflects the value of maintaining an up-to-date and prominent presence on the JustHealth app, enabling institutions to showcase their commitment to equitable care and attract a diverse patient base.

We believe that this cost structure strikes a balance between the sustainable growth of the JustHealth app and the accessibility for healthcare institutions of all sizes. Our aim is to ensure that the annual fees are reasonable and aligned with the value and benefits provided by the app.

We encourage healthcare institutions interested in participating in the JustHealth app to take advantage of the pilot program and secure their free one-year subscription. To join the pilot program or learn more about the app and its features, please contact us at info@JustHealthLLC.com. We kindly request interested institutions to include evidence of their implementation and the date of implementation in their email.

At JustHealth, we are dedicated to fostering equitable healthcare access, promoting informed decision-making, and empowering patients. We are excited to embark on this journey and look forward to collaborating with healthcare institutions to create a more inclusive and equitable healthcare landscape through the JustHealth app.

In the pursuit of justice in healthcare, it is crucial to recognize and address the disparities faced by marginalized groups. Dr. Ricky Darnell Grisson, II, Tolulope Banjo, and Amy-Ann Edziah are members of the Medicine Institute for Healing & Justice in Medicine, actively working to promote justice in healthcare. We are delighted to highlight their outstanding efforts, including their recent poster presentation at the New York City Anti-Racism in Medical Education Symposium, held on Friday, June 23, 2023 at Hostos Community College – in partnership with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
